A thread to talk about anything related to Figures. Post pics of your own collection, talk about figures that you want to buy and etc.

I plan to post pics of my collection but that will have to wait untill I have my camera back. For now I will talk about some upcoming ones:

Izumi Konata Gym Uniform from FREEing. A quite big one (1/4 Scale... on HS it says it is 30cm high but I heard it was supposed to be at least 40cm high...) but with a quite big price too.

I'm not much of a Touhou fan but for those who are here we have some beautiful done Aya, Reimu and Marisa. Unfortunately they are limited editions for a certain event (Treasure-Festa 2009... the same one where the Nanoha and Fate above will be available).

They look good! Even more the one with the sword (have never watched IkkiTousen though). That site looks interesting but it doesn't ship here unfortunately...

Finnaly got my camera and took some photos of my collection. I'm terrible at taking photos so the quality of them is quite bad.

First the ones I have in my display case (the bigger ones that are more difficult to clean):

Here is Hinagiku (HnG), Nagi (HnG), Haruhi (SHnY), Tsuruya (SHnY) and Louise (ZnT). Haruhi dress is very detailed. From these my favorite is Louise. Her design is based more on the novels than the anime and I like the former the most.

Here there are two different Shana (SnS) and KOS-MOS (XS). I really like the way they did the hair of KOS-MOS and the Shana on the center.

Here is Saber (FSn) and Signum (MSLN). That Signum is quite big and detailed. It's my biggest figure together with the hayate below. Saber has a gorgeous armor but an ok face.

Hayate (MSLN), Yuffie (FFVII) and Gabrant (FFXII). This Hayate is from the same producer of the Signum above. They will release a Fate from StS this year. I hope she will have the same quality than those two. The Final Fantasy figures have some nice details in them.

Now my figmas:

Here are my favorite figmas. Rin and Saber from FSn and Nanoha and Fate from MSLN.

Here are the rest of them. The SOS dan, a second version of Yuki (Witch version) and Tsuruya from SHnY. Konata and the Hiiragi twins from LS. Unn... in a way this is a KyoAni Figma corner XD

And the rest of them. Compose of the smallest ones (probably gashapon or collectible ones). They usually spread around the room.

Eva, Chachamaru, Nodoka and Asuna from Negima. Two Yuki (the one holding the pillow is moe!), Haruhi, Kyon and Asakura from Haruhi. KOS-MOS and Shion from Xenosaga. Shana from SnS, Sakura from Naruto, Sakura from CCS and Rikku from FFX.

This is my whole collection. The next addition will be the Yami-chan I posted in the first post.

I came to uni with 5 figures. Chie, Haruhi, Lucy, Corti and Baek. I also brought my Haruhi Figma and my Miku Nendo. But they weren't as hard to transport by any means... And this is how many boxes I have accumulated since September...

I didn't want to not see all of them for so long... so I brought a few... which turned into a few more... which turned into what (I think) is now the bulk of my collection.... lol

Ahhh cool cool. And yus. I love my Fuuko. Uber-glad I found her at the London Expo. I didn't get her before when I had the chance, so I was lucky to get a 2nd. And as for the Makoto... paid top dollar for her... well.. pounds..... but still... I got her from a french site. She cost about £70 including shipping. Totally worth it considering how rare she is. I got Ayu for £50 including shipping, from a Japanese ebay store. Great service. And the Haruhi, was another lucky break.£36 with shipping. Last in stock. I felt uber-lucky.

And yes. It is a sort of MAL for figures lol. It's awesome.

Which one you have? For her I only have the figma one unfortunately (not that she's bad but I still want to have that alter one). But I need to buy the Riot mode one when released... but that going to hurt really hard my wallet XD

I do have the financial resources to purchase one of each of many...it's just the parental/where to get them barriers associated that's hard to overcome.
