Utterly Ignored Moe Characters

You never know when an anime will be popular or not. You never know which characters you will like and hate. Well, in this matter, some people like many popular moe characters. But let's give that a break, shall we?
I wanna talk about moe characters that aren't appreciated too much. Sometimes, it can be from a relatively unknown anime. Or, it can come from a popular anime, yet, people go with another moe character that's even more moe than the other one.
I will list some examples here:

Hinata Hakamada (Ro-Kyu-Bu) - Well, the anime itself was just released last year, so it shouldn't be much of a surprise. But, I like her cutesy personality.
Shiori Misaka (Kanon) - One of three girls that never made it in, I like her little sick backstory, as well as her quiet, peaceful personality.
Jun Suzuki (K-On!) - Even if she has a bigger role in the rebooted manga, Jun was a little unappreciated. Sometimes, her persona on no regrets can be a little amusing.
Rima Mashiro (Shugo Chara!) - Try not to fall for her cutesy appeal. She's a manipulator to begin with, making male adorers her slaves. I happen to fall victim for it.

Let me know if there's any moe character that deserves more love, and that we can make them our waifu~desu.

Tamura Manami ( Ore no Imouto Konnani Kawaii Wake Ga Nai ) - Moe, meganekko, osananajimi, nice, caring and most importantly - NORMAL.

I always think of Snow from Mar when thinking of a topic like this. She (and her counterpart) are constantly played for moe, especially by the other characters of her own story, her counterpart is the hero's primary love interest and how alike she is, despite being a princess, not to mention her rescues, is constantly used to create UST between them.

Also Kagome of Asu no Yoichi is perfectly moe to me (even more in the manga), but given the Accidental Pervert/Ecchi/Harem style of the story, the show, and attached manga, seems to have been entirely overlooked.

Ayumu and the Baka Trio of HnG are also quite moe personally than it's representatives as well, though I don't deny the moe of it's representatives' either, it's just a slightly different viewpoint.

I have to say Myoudouin Itsuki and Kise Yayoi because despite them being from the most popular Precure series (Heartcatch and Smile perspectively) Precure series as a whole is pretty much extremely popular in Japan only like Id@lmaster. From a series that is known it is Aioi Yuuko of Nichijou

While Hinagiku is normal, especially by standards of her own story, she's also a Mary Sue, and one of the stories' Darkhorse characters, which could probably be said to be an aspect of most of the others as well.
There's also the favoritism of the girls having a link with felines, or at least some link to some sort of animal, however tenuous.

Yui-nyan and Yurippe are already dead to begin with, while Charlotte is a mecha-musume. I don't think they're qualified to be called normal

I'm only halfway through the first season of Sora no Otoshimono (could be the reason for this), but so far I can't really see why Ikaros and Nymph are so much more popular than Sohara and Mikako. Especially Mikako, she's awesome.
