Press ‘x’ when you’re in the Java Console, which clears the classloader cache. Then you can refresh your browser, and the applet should appear.

Strangely that issue has been happening more often in Firefox than in IE or Chrome for me. I’m not sure what browser you’re primarily using.

The schedule lookup uses JavaScript. All you should need to do is select a name from the dropdown menu, and the schedule will appear below. You don't need to click on a language button first. Check to see if your browser allows scripts to be run on the webpage.
