But is Eu going to be in Nova or Stella? I'm reading some posts that Eu will be in Stella, but I thought Eu's first appearance in anime is guaranteed within the next Window of Eligibility, and she wasn't the champion either, so I thought she'd stay in Nova next year.

I would vote for Eucliwood over any character, but I sometimes forget to vote in time. But if it's a crucial match, I make sure not to forget.
