Oh, that's the racing suit she's wearing during the liberal arts city arc. There are rumors that we'll get an adaptation of this arc in the last few episodes of the railgun S series. If so, we should see her wearing this swisuit during most of those episodes. Hope this is true (not because of the swimsuit, but because of a particularly awesome scene in this arc)
