Requests: Elvinsky, bluemage

Post by Marinara » Wed Apr 13, 2011 11:07 am

Elvinsky--I moved "ISML" over to the left since it got lost on top of the render:
Image

bluemage--I wasn't sure how much of the render you wanted shown, so I went with the typical zoom-in style I use. Lemme know if you'd rather have more of the body and tsk tsk posing:

You could have moved "Elvinsky" a little more to the left (<-- that way), but I guess I can live with it.

After a bunch of epic fails and frustration with my e-mail today, this brought a smile to my face.

Saved and re-hosted.

P.S.: Many thanks, Marinara.

lol, I swear I don't usually look at pictures of Anime girls with panty shots. =P

But yeah, it looks like you were able to read my mind and I didn't want the gratuitous posing to be in the Homura card in the first place. Thank you very, very, very much for these cards Marinara! All of them have been gorgeous and now I'll be able to support my favourite characters without fail. :D

(I've saved and re-hosted all of them btw so you can delete them from your account at any time.)

As the idea of an ISML Seitokai has been started, would it be possible for a themed banner including all 6(?) members in some sort of configuration in a support mentality?

Edit: (Let's make this suggestion simpler ^^; )
Was looking at one of the other forum member's avatar and banner and it was split in four to support four different girls, how about the same thing with the seitokai with the president in a center-square pop-out, the VP's on her 'wings', the secretary and treasurer above or below, and the reporter as a sliver on the side.
Each section would have the girls' name and position listed in her 'frame'.

@Arcion--Hmm hmmmm, that's quite an interesting request. I don't mind trying to tackle it, though have you tried contacting Ichigo-Sora and/or Patchy? They're both pretty awesome with banners and would probably have a lot to contribute to your project.

No, I was just trying to put the idea out there, your thread is one of the more frequented, so I placed it here, but I don't intend for it to be a request for only you either, it's not a personal request or anything, just an idea to start from. If it was produced, I'd leave it open for anyone to partake, kinda a support for the seitokai idea. I wasn't sure about creating a seperate thread for the idea either, though that probably would have made the 'group effort'/'ISML-fan base' idea stronger.

Additionally, since I was thinking of it as a banner (more space to work with?) maybe instead of fitting the positions into the pictures, coloring the background of any free-space to a fitting color for the necklace association (I'm seeing a 'sky blue' for Aquamarine) and placing the positions with each lady's position there instead. Oh, and something stating that this was the seitokai for the timespan and year.
Perhaps tossing the reporter sliver to the opposite side of the banner, since she isn't an official of the student school board, and to give the banner a nice framing.

The reason I'm trying to make it general is that I'm thinking it would change each necklace, with a different set of ladies but the same style of scheme for the whole year.

For this idea, I'll move the discussion over to the Seitokai board, since it's more focused on that aspect, rather than taking up room here :)

If it's possible, Marinara, can you find a way to combine Katsura Hinagiku and Suzumiya Haruhi's signatures for me? Thanks beforehand :)

"Combine"? Do you mean putting both the girls in the same space together, or literally slapping the two separate works together?

And also, do you mean the cards, or actual signatures I've made in the past?

I meant putting the girls in the same space together, and my apologies, I meant in a format similar to a past sig you made (the one i'm currently using.)

Thanks, the font I use for the script is HaloHandletter, which I think I picked up from dafont.com

@Eclair: I decided to keep the coloring and render of the original Hinagiku image since I like it so much and incorporated them along with a musical version of Haruhi (her guitar is hidden behind Hina's hair).
