----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Here is the title screen to start it off.

Here is the main menu screen. The functions are pretty much self-explanatory: single player is for a single player; multiplayer, two or more players; story, the main story line in addition to special storylines; extra, all those special/extra things inserted in the game; settings, adjusting the game settings to your preference/style.

Here is what the single player screen looks like. Single player represents an arcade-style single payer mode where contestants battle a set number of opponents to rack up the highest points possible. Vs computer is you against a computer-controlled character at a set difficulty. Team battle is an arcade-style single payer mode or fighting against the computer where you fight with a set team of up to four characters. Time attack is noting how fast you can defeat a set number of characters. Survival is seeing how many opponents you can defeat before your health runs out. Roulette 7 calls for seven girls battling for either a necklace or the tiara with the game starting with two characters fighting each other and another character will join in the fray after a set amount of time, fighting for the highest amount of victories to obtain the prize. Mercenary is when you defeat a set number of "dummy characters" of increased difficulty per "wave". The player starts out with a few easy dummy characters one at a time. In each wave, more dummies of increasing number will appear at the same time of increased difficulty. The goal is to kill as many as you can before your health runs out. Two new features are added. Challenge is a mission mode where you successfully complete a set number of inputs to move on to the next mission. The higher the mission number, the more difficult is it to input a chain of maneuvers. Calamity is a single or team arcade mode where the player will have to beat a set number of opponents to get the highest possible score. Here's the catch; the computer is set at the highest difficulty, higher than the settings can provide. Training is where you can practice using a character while having up to three "dummy" characters in an arena with you. I moved Training to single player, since I believe it would make more sense to put it here than in Extra.

This is what Multiplayer mode looks like. Vs player is you against another person. Fatal 4 way is a maximum of 4 mixed players and/or computers battling each other in either melee or team battles. Team battle, is a maximum of 4 mixed players and/or computers battling each other with his/her team of up to four characters in either melee or teamed battles. Tournament is a single or double elimination style tournament with a set number of characters. Round Robin is a set of characters challenging each other at least once with the one with the most victories declared the winner. In the event of a tie, a sudden death match will take place to see who the winner will be. Roulette 7 has the same concept as in single player, now with more than one player added into the fray. Mercenary also has the same concept as in single player; this time, adding more than one player in the match. Of course, the amount of dummies per wave is multiplied by how many players are involved.

Here is story mode. Story mode is broken up into two sections. In Story, select any character, and follow the story of your chosen character as she ventures the world known as ISML. Create friends, defeat rivals, watch the drama unfold as your character goes through Regular Season and Post Season. Gather all five necklaces, obtain the set circlet, and pave the path to the final match for the Heavenly Tiara. Every choice you make, every road you take, and every friend and enemy you make will decide what kind of a path your road to the Tiara would be. In Destiny, follow a set stroyline for several of the characters provided for selection. Relive the lives of eight characters as they tell you, through their eyes, what went down and what they have been through in their stay at ISML. The characters with a set storyline are provided here and here. A story mode for one character and a destiny mode for the same character have two different storylines. The characters selected for Destiny mode can be seen here and here
SpoilerShow
The Kirino and Ruri storyline can be played by either one player or two players, each having their own controls on separate characters.
For extra, character bio is the biography of the character. Character video is a video of a said character after you have completed the story of the character in Story mode. Art gallery shows general artworks of the characters as well as special pieces posted by the staff. Soundtrack allows you to listen to the background music of the game and the characters, as well as provide voices for the characters. Personal rankings allows one to see the data of what s/he has done, such as character usage, story completion of a character, etc. Exhibition is where you can watch up to four computers compete against each other. Camera allows one to take pictures of his/her match as the match progresses. Screenshot is where you can view, edit, and delete said pictures. Screenshot was moved from settings to provide easy access between picture taking and editing.

For settings, game setting allows one to adjust the settings of the game to one's preference such as game difficulty, match stipulation, etc. Save setting if if you wish to have the game saved automatically or manually. Control settings is where you can set your controls in the way you feel most comfortable fighting in. Language allows one to adjust the game to their own language such as Japanese, Korean, etc. Rumble & sound allows adjustments for the rumble and sound features of the game.

The characters that you see in inclusion to the menu screen will include every unlocked character in the game in a random order. If you guys are curious as to what the game looks like, here is a screen shot of the game.

Stella: Amami Haruka, Hoshii Miki, Takatsuki Yayoi, Taneshima Popura, Yin, Hatsune Miku
Finally, in games such as these, all of these girl will have finishing maneuver. Under the health bar, there would be an energy gauge that increases every time you attack your opponent or if the opponent hits you. A meter count is added next to the energy bar, which represents the type of finisher one is able to do. Up to three energy meters can be stacked. You can activate the finisher only when you have enough meter to perform the said finisher. The lower your health, the faster the energy gauge will replenish itself. Currently, I am stuck with some of the girls' finishers. If you have any ideas as to what they could be, feel free to say it here. Also, if you have other ideas of the girls' finishers that I have already wrote a finisher for, feel free to say it here as well. I may take it to consideration if I find it better than my original idea.

3- Triple Accel (Toki greatly enhances her speed and blocks and reverses all moves at the cost of her health for a period of time)
Takei Hisa:

Amami Haruka:
Hoshii Miki:
Takatsuki Yayoi:
Taneshima Popura: 1- Poplar Tree (Poplar trees shoot out from below in front of Popura)
Yin: 1- Remote Viewing (Yin summons her observatory spirit to aid her in blocking, reversals, and health recovery for a period of time)
2- Innocent Soul (Yin grabs her opponent in front of her and takes away soul. The attack does not work if she does not grab anyone)
2- Izanami (Yin transforms to her Izanami form for a period of time, enhancing all abilities, but loses her health)
Hatsune Miku: 1- Leek Shooter (Miku fires various leeks in front of her)
2- Miku Append (Miku puts on her append attire, enhancing all abilities for a period of time)
3- Project Diva (Miku pushes her opponent away and sets up a short rhythm game in front of her. Points obtained from the game will equal the amount of damage the opponent will receive. The attack does not work if Miku does not push anyone away.)
A new feature added to the game is the concept of a team finisher, exclusive in any of the "team" modes (2v2 or 3v1 in Fatal 4 Way is considered a two person team or a three person team respectively). Here are the conditions: you must have at least two people who make up the team attack. At least one character needs to have an energy gauge with three stacked meters. The character with three stacked energy meters is the only character able to perform the team attack. The characters who perform the attack will have their energy gauge reset to zero, regardless of how many stacked energy gauges the teaming character has. Once more, I am stuck with some of the team's finishers. If you have any ideas as to what they could be, feel free to say it here. Also, if you have other ideas of the team's finishers that I have already wrote a finisher for, feel free to say it here as well.I may take it to consideration if I find it better than my original idea. Also, if you want to add a team finisher that you believe is important or significant to reveal, please inform me, and I will consider if it is appropriate or not.
Team FinishersShow
Fujibayashi Kyou, Furukawa Nagisa, Sakkagami Tomoyo: Drama Club Action - Tomoyo or Kyou will either kick or punch the opponent into the air while Kyou or Nagisa follow up with a book or dango shower to finish the opponent off. Nagato Yuki, Suzumiya Haruhi: Ultimate Distortion - Nagato Yuki will trap those in front of her in a distorted realm while Haruhi delivers the finishing blow. The attack does not work if no one is in front of them.
Kurasaki Fuuko, Kuroyukihime: Burst Break - Fuuko or Kuroyukihime will charge at her opponents and send them in the air. Upon doing so, the two will perform a succession of attacks before pulling the finishing blow together. The attack does not work if none of them caught anyone during their charge.

I agree. What sort of gameplay should we expect to see? Real Time Strategy, First Person Shooter, Third Person RPG, Visual Novel, Puzzle, Text-Based, Side-Scroller? All of them at once? An anime RTS sounds pretty interesting actually....

How exactly does the team finisher for the AB! characters help their opponents "reach enlightenment?" @_@ Seems.... Interesting.

The concept is the followingShow
The reference is based on the idea that people "disappear" once their problems are solved. It's the same here; the two characters would basically tell her that everything is okay and that she can move on. The girl will "reach enlightenment," for lack of a better term and disappear, which essentially is how the move would cause damage.

What's the current status of this project?

Also, depending on the language/platform, I could possibly be able to contribute, if you were looking for some help.

It's just a concept; there's no "project" for there to be a status on. Though, I personally hope that it could one day be something more than that.

Doesn't seem too difficult of a game to pull off, using RPG Maker and whatnot. How many good programmers do we have on these forums?

Interesting game idea, for Kurisu I see her finisher being like she splashes Dr. Pepper on her opponent and causes the opponent to be paralyzed.
