Taiga & Minorin because they're Toradora! and everyone loves them, and Reimu because she's the most popular Touhou girl in this tournament.
Hopefully Anya and Kallen don't do too well this year.

I'd say don't get your hopes up.

I'd say Reimu will do well. And I voted Amu for the hell of it. Anya will do well, especially with me backing her.

With the preliminaries, I would say Taiga will be able to challenge the tiara this year. Aside of her would be Touhou domination with Reimu, Aya, and Marisa.

Taiga, I guess...Although I don't think she can tango with Haruhi characters, or Shana..or a few other characters.
Touhou will be anti voted into oblivion, but that's just my intuition telling me this.

I want Yami to do the best of the newcomers. Believe it.

Taiga and Minori are quite assured to do a good season imho, even if it will depends on who they face. Toradora is very popular and the characters are quite lovable. But I'll second mrjpark, Ami being my favourite of the show.

3rd vote to Anya because of personal preference, but I don't have very high hopes. Even if she's from last year's blockbuster show, the character itself was totally forgotten in the story. And that is a shame :/

I'd say there's a good chance Taiga would be able to hold her own. Toradora's pretty popular, and I can see a lot of people liking her. *points to poll* I also gave Reimu a vote because she's probably the most popular, or well known at least, Touhou character. As for the third, I gave Makoto a vote, because Kanon was great, and I think she should have some love.

The characters that end up in a good position in ISML 2009 are simply too strong. Some of them may fade after some time but not too soon... And I hoped Minorin could have done better... now she may not even be 0.500 material.

After watching the end of Toradora, I still have high hpoes for Taiga. Can't really say the same for the other girls though, as they were kinda overshadowed.
