International Saimoe League Seitokai Q: What is the ISML student council?
A: For every period, there will be 5 characters representing ISML, and the staff have the option to speak through them.

Q: How are nominees chosen?
A: They are chosen by VF of current period, but there are limits to how many times a contestant is nominated.

Q: Will this play a big role?
A: The seitokai members are here for roleplay purposes where everyone can reference them, and this will be a somewhat fun project to do in between periods.

My first choice among all ISML contestant for the president would be Sakagami Tomoyo. Since she isn't here, I have to go for my 2nd choice, Katsura Hinagiku. She is only one in this group who actually is a Seitokaichou. Vote for Experience and proven Leadership. Vote Hinagiku.

Seconded, none of the other options have the personality for it, most of the others that I know have far too much energy to do the job of actually leading anything, and that includes Haruhi.

Because of the limit imposed in Q&A two, I thought about the others, but none of them played well to the role.

Amusingly, my three 'goddess' tier girls would all make good presidents. Maybe it's that leadership aspect that I find attractive?

I voted for Kuroneko. She is mature and she's not afraid to voice her opinion, even if it's rather offensive. She has what it takes to win an argument and push through her ideas, Ruri has the determination and charisma needed for a good leader.

Just curious, but how were the nominees chosen? Was it simply those with the highest VF? I'd have assumed the highest would have been Kanade in that case.

These are most of Tier 2 + WC. There is a reason for this madness, especially since the council chosen after the Diamond period will have to consist of purely the Top 16. You'll see.
