Regardless my crazy words, ^^; I guess the ratio of Kanade's votes to Mikoto's votes is 1.36 .

I totally have no idea whether Kanade will make it. So the hint may not work on me. Though konwing this, I change the guess of the ratio to 1.25 .

Here's a hint. To win the necklace, this equation needs to be satisfied.

60a > 78b
a/b > 78/60
a/b > 1.30

So if you're guessing above 1.30, then you're effectively predicting Kanade will win.
