Even with her route taken into account, Sakura doesn't share the popularity the others do. The fanbase voting here probably consists of people who've played the games.
Illya's win wasn't really surprising, but it was one of the few matches that I thought had the possibility to go the other way.

Hayate I would say becuase she also did F all in the entirety of A's and StrikerS, i dont care for her at all cause shes just so massivly over shadowed by like everyone else in the series.

Vita no idea, shes a loli, but people might think like I do in that shes bloody hell awesome, but not so much moe i have no idea <_>

anyway he results were good i guess, all predictable so on to the next match ~

As far as i know a fair few of the english fanbase dropped off. There was a thread in a major touhou image board that i usually visit on this, but it's dropped off so it would seem as though they don't care anymore.
I'm still here at least. Sure it may not have seemed that way with me saying that i would eat my hat if shana lost to marisa, but i've been generally pessimistic on the touhous in general: They are exceeding my expectations thus far.

But my hat is safe, and i am glad.

Unn.... I wonder about that. While the last episodes gave some moelicious moements with Taiga we already were recieving a lot of them arounf the christmas episode. Would people change much their view of the character after all of what already happened?

Agreed, Sakura seems to be one of the least liked FSN characters for those that have played the VN, and I can't really see her getting many fans from the anime.

Anyway I'm really glad Illya managed to pull off a win against Suiseiseki, onwards to glory! It was also good to see Yami getting a win as well. So overall I'm pretty happy with the results for this round really, other than the expected losses of Yuuhi and Misuzu.

Also in regards to Taiga, for me the last Toradora episode was not her best episode, so it really wouldn't make me want to vote for her more.
