Never mind that Shiori lost her match, but the Lotus Order is up to a good start... :D

(YES! YES! YES!)

Nice wins from Homura, Sena and Hinagiku. And while she may not be one of my supported characters, it's pleasing to see Kagami blunt a Kugyu Knight's offensive. I'm also amused at how well Shinobu did in today's round. And I can't help but breathe a sigh of relief at Euu winning over Yuno. Finally, Fate and Nanoha winning their tag-team match against Suiseiseki and Souseiseki makes for a good start to the Regular Season.

Of course, there are a few bittersweet and bummer results as well. Mio won at the cost of Kotomi and Azusa won at the cost of Mugi. As mentioned, Shiori lost her match, and so did Yozora. (On the upside, if a genki girl like Yui-nyan can pull off a win like that, I wonder how Nyaruko will fare next year?)

And Kuroko is not going to have her way with her "onee-sama" anytime soon. At least she's enjoying that "whip of love"...

If Kanade, Shana and Railgun keeps whipping their opponents, it might get interesting ( if they dont get high enough SDO < aka their match ups were against whipping girls > ). They three will probably make it to the necklace round, by virtue of winning all 7 matches and scoring 21 points, but at what SDO cost? I would like to see that.

People, no matter what, it is number of wins you have, and then number of wins your opponent have, which will be the 2 most important factor for SDO, as in the past, as now, and as will in future. In end, fractional point will serve more like a tie breaker, and very little effect other than that.

A bad start for me. Both Nagi and Kanon lost their first match. On a good side, I'm happy with some participants' performance including Subaru and Eucliwood.

Poor Kanade. ;_;
Now I should reconsider my plan to anti-vote Kanade, lol  ... It nice to see the ranking going upside down like that... Though it also affected Eucliwood... T_T

But it still affect the ranking, right? ;)
At least I won't see some contestants overkill their opponents to win the first place...
Please excuse my lousy English...

True, maybe anti-voting Kanade will benefit her and her opponent scoring wise but SDO will be very important come necklace round (even if it's effect will be reduced).

Importance of fractional point decrease exponentially as round number goes up. While it may be the most important thing after round 1, by round 3, its effects will be pretty small, and by round 5, almost meaningless. So, "Just win, baby."

I thought that SDO refers to the rank of the defeated opponent, not in VD.

Fate as in NanoFate exhibition or as in Fate/Stay Night? Then again you voted for all of them so I must be misinterpreting you.

Nanoha and Fate winning is good, albeit expected...Ririchiyou losing regardless who her partner was is completely unacceptable. ISML fail at its finest.

Last but not least, diaf Kuroi.

Lol Homura, Tier 1 barely managing to win against Tier 7. Nice.
I feel sorry for the other Tier 1 who will have to face her this period, would almost completely erase any chance said girl had at taking the necklace (unless it was Kanade, but even she would find it difficult after taking such a hit to SDO).
