Mikoto Misaka, a former Saimoe Leader of the Free World, is eligible for re-election and based on her consistent popularity and familiarity throughout the years, she will head into the Aquamarine necklace round as favorite to win and therefore become a favorite to secure a second term as Saimoe Prime Minister. Kaguya Shinomiya, however, is a stern second choice and Mikoto's strongest opposition and this necklace round will be one to watch. Similarly, Touma Kamijou comes in on the same ticket as Mikoto and will be pegged as favorite to win the Pendant and be in the front seat for the race for Deputy Saimoe Prime Minister, but Kaguya partner Miyuki Shirogane will be a fierce primary opponent to deal with. Compounding matters is that Chika Fujiwara and her partner Yuu Ishigami are also in their respective races, meaning that a split vote among the Kaguya Party's voters will play right into the Toaru Party ticket's hands.
