Kurz: alles wird um 3 Stunden nach vorn verschoben, Abstimmungen werden deshalb auch 3 Stunden später anfangen.

However, the 2010 tournament still observes the time schedule presented in the top post, where matches run from 1500GMT to 1500GMT the next day and results are released 12 hours afterwards at 0300GMT.
