The results were mostly as expected but the margins of victory were a bit further off from my stats than usual. First off Mio underperforms yet again. She has the excuse of Hitagi potentially boosting from the recent Bakamonogatari episode or Hitagi finally deciding she wants to go back to her former level of strength. However, Mio wants to have actual good results, not excuses for bad ones. These underperformances have added up and Hinagiku looks like she really might be able to beat Mio. It doesn't help that Hinagiku had a great Ruby 1. A solid win over Haruhi instead of what I thought would be a close match. Nagi also followed that up with upsetting Saber (althought I guess that was an expected close match). If you think Nadeko boosted from the new Bakemonogatari episode, Maria didn't look bad either. Shana, Taiga and Louise also looked quite good out there. Shana really put the beatdown on Mafuyu. Mafuyu is just outside the Top 16 and Shana still nearly doubled her. Maybe we're getting a shift towards JC staff?
A miracle that you believe in when you know it won't happen......... is hope.

What happened? Although good to see old stars fall, what is Kurimu doing? And what is this double kill?
Is this fate? No, both side shall fade!

Likely so , and yes it was a bad loss , there is still diamond but Saber supporters have to actually support her heh

A 'comeback' isn't quite the word I'd use for someone who is undefeated...

There are no reason why you must hate her xD
After all, she is more lovable than Saber nor Rin xD

If this were just a one on one match (SDO doesn't impact another favorite of mine) Nagi would be an easy choice for me. Nagi against Rin however, I'm undecided.

Kanon was a nice anime.
Sorry if that came out wrong KS I LOVE Kanon, it's just that I've watched it way to much. And other anime on my to watch list are slowly piling up.

Anyway results, Suprised that Nagi beat Saber, not complaining mind you. Aside from that expected results.

Mostly bad or mixed results for me.

Even though I'm happy that Kotomi won, the fact that Kurimu's loss hurts Mikoto's SDO negates that feeling... Ditto for Saber's loss even though I have nothing against Nagi.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised Tomoyo didn't do better against Mikoto. Sure, I still wanted Mikoto to win, but I was hoping the difference would have been smaller. I suppose this is further proof that Clannad's influence is dying. :(

On the other hand, I was expecting Hinagiku over Haruhi since Haruhi hasn't been doing all that well this year... -_-

I would have loved to see Hitagi blindside Mio with an unexpected upset. Likewise, I would have been happy with Maria upsetting Nadeko. (I support Hitagi more than I do Nadeko.)

I'm not happy that Ruiko was handed her 25th loss. :tearsad: I'll be sure to add her to my list of nominees for next year.

The only result that I can say made me happy without reservation was that Holo got a win.

I think it's more that they don't like her being victorious. It was only by a few votes though, so at least Saber wasn't trounced by a game controller.
