Answers:
1) Tokisaki Kurumi (Hajime Tanegashima, Grish, avery-kun, BugH)
2) 2 (tehyc, avery-kun, HasbeenaHibiki, BugH, Just)

Well, congratulations to KYH for finally winning a necklace after so many tries AND bringing a fresh and surprising face to the Necklace holders for 2014.

I'm calling it. DAL is screwed. Turns out you DON'T need Kurumi and Kuroneko in the same necklace round to determine DAL's strength.

----------------------------------------------- Serious Mode -------------------------------------------
This was a completely unacceptable performance by Kurumi. She only had to overcome 5.5 SDO points to win. We aren't talking about climbing Mt. Everest here. The battle was her's to lose and she lost. I really hope that this is not indicative of her 1v1 performance, because if so I am finding it really hard to convince myself that she or anyone can defeat the Stella Goddesses.

And not to overstate the extremely obvious, Kotori is just too weak in necklace matches. She is the weakest No. 1 in Nova, trust me. DAL is doomed because of her performance in necklace matches.

Meh, Hime's Necklace and Clammy's win are good results though.

I think for some reason it was China's vote all going to Asuna that caused the problem. And Mashiro is TOO WEAK BTW. She can't win any necklaces this year along with DAL if that happens.

Don't get on my nerves Kid. I'm pissed off that Harudori didn't make it in.
Yui flaming third isn't any better
As expected Haruki gets last. SIGH.........
Also, weak perfomance by Erza here as sshe claims only 2nd to Sahoto , whom actually does quite well. Nagisa aalso needs a better perfomance for a 2nd round entry. A great perfomance by Clammy, who grabs first, along with Mato and Leticia. Surprisingly, Akatsuki does not do too well here....
I had not expected Yui to win this, but Misaki winning was certainly something else. Poor Azuki

Congratulations Kuroyukihime! After a long time waiting finally. Really didn't expect Kurumi to get the highest vote even not so much difference. To me she proved it again that she's actually quite strong. I hope she'll win something in the future. Lovely posters btw gj!

Also
if I'm not wrong, Rikka faces Asuna in Round 7 in Emerald, so that is her last chance at a necklace
Kurumi is up against Yoshioka, KYH to Kotori.

Mashiro will face Eucliwood or Ayase next round, while Mikoto faces Kanade or Ruri. If Mashiro faces Ayase next round, Emerald 7, and Mikoto faces Kanade, then Ruri faces Eucliwood

Congrats to Kuroyukihime on finally winning a necklace! Kurumi put in a strong effort but it wasn't enough. It's always great to see the dedication of the Shana fans. No real chance of winning but they show up to support Shana anyways. Asuna did surprisingly well. She didn't have much of a chance to win the necklace but had strong voting support anyways. A bit disappointed with Mashiro. I guess her chances of winning weren't great either but you could see the fanbase of the other character sticking with their favourites anyways.

I don't really know anything about Sahoto but even so I didn't expect her to be able to beat Erza. I guess Erza isn't that high a mark to beat. An okay showing by Nagisa. The Puella Magi aren't really that strong in ISML to begin with.

Kurami actually managed to top her group. I'm looking forward to seeing what Jibril, Steph and Shiro can do if Kurami is already this strong. We just might see all four of them in the regular season next year.

Nice job Misaki. Overall the characters in thei match did as expected except for Misaki suddenly showing a lot more strength. I guess she is a Railgun charcter and they have a history of suddenly show up for matches like this.
A miracle that you believe in when you know it won't happen......... is hope.

Mashiro might be able to defeat Eu or Ayase, so Rikka might not have a chance at a necklace. And thanks to those voters (I almost want to write some rude words here) who decided to vote for Kotori instead of Kurumi, now DAL will continue to descend into the limbo of necklace-less. I blame Baidu's DAL Tieba. (Seriously)

NOW LET'S START EMERALD SEITOKAI ELECTIONS.
