I doubt Azusa can win a direct match with Mio. She looked to be as strong or stronger than Mio for their previous match and Mio still won with some room to spare. She'll need someone else to knock of Mio if she wants to make a run at winning the Tiara.

In terms of RAW strength im also starting to believe now that it currently goes:

- Shana/Mio
- Azusa
- Hinagiku
- Yuki
- Taiga
- Mikoto

Azusa's performances are pretty similar to Mio's I guess the fact that they are both very similar characters makes them share the same fanbase, however Azusa vs Mio will never result in an Azusa victory tbh. The strength of Azusa will be one to be feared on D.E as long as she stays away from Mio, not even Shana could beat Azusa right now if people were to decide to use her as a tool to knock her off.
Best case scenario for K-ON is to push both Mio and Azusa to the finals, Mio will be almost guaranteed the Tiara.

And if Mio loses along the way, Azusa has a good chance I believe.

I honestly thought Nanoha couldn't go any lower. This is probably her last season, although it's hard to say for sure. She may not be my favorite, but she'll be missed nonetheless.

Azusa finally won against a top 6 character, maybe for the first and the last time in this regular season.
There's no saying that Azusa cannot win the tiara, regarding what Hina could pull off in DE last year. Someday she might be able to even beat Mio.

I'll have to disagree with that. I think both of you are still underestimating Shana or overestimating Mio. I'd say Shana is clearly in first and there's a small but noticible gap between her and second place. I can probably see why someone would say Mio is as strong as Shana but I don't see what Mio has done that could make her look stronger than Shana. Well I guess if you take the Mio vs Azusa result at face value you can make Mio look stronger than Shana but that's not really a good match to use to determine how strong Mio and Azusa are.

I don't know about Azusa becoming more powerful than Mio here in ISML, but when I watched Asuza debut in K-ON!, my first impression was that she would challenge Mio in popularity. But again, I still haven't watched the second season, so I don't really know who's the most popular character right now. Though I'm guessing Gita had a fanservice episode and received an unexpected popularity boost.

Yami winning by two votes... Are you kidding me?! Great, more SDO points for Shana's bid for the Diamond necklace, not that she would need it, and ignoring the fact that I'm being hypocritical since I've still been voting for Kotomi this period.

However, since a new To Love Ru is going to air in the fall (I believe) the chances of having one or more characters from that series in ISML next year would be higher.

Great, more salt on the wound is just what I needed... Just when I was hoping this might be Yami's last year in ISML, you tell me that more of that garbage is going to be animated. I find out that a series I didn't particularly like, is getting a follow-up... *facepalm*

Well, on to the other results...

Good attempts by both Hitagi and Yui in their matches.
And Minatsu winning was nice, but Ruiko losing was not.
And I'm not all that surprised by the exhibition results. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure there are more Miku videos than Kyonko videos on YouTube....

Mikuru, Nagisa and CC looked pretty good out there. Maria and Isumi seem to lose a step. For the most part, everyone near the top did almost exactly as expected. Rin got murdered by Saber pretty badly. I expected her to hold up a bit better.

With my current stats, I agree with TRE.
But after K-ON!! 18/19, I think Mio will become stronger than before.
