Glad Mikoto put up a fight but Kanade still won.

Only going to be rooting for Char, Yuki, Senjou, Mio, Ruri and Azusa in the top 16.

I don't care for anyone else.

Hina-tan lost

Guess those who came for the Moe battle also decided to vote everywhere, the numbers of voters doesn't seem to vary much between the matches, 7-8k for about every match. Except for a handful, the votes seemed pretty close as well, other than the stompings of the wolf vs the tiger and Ex. Didn't expect Yuko to have so much support.

So, what's the expectations of the necklace? Looks like we got a lot of blades clashing for the Ex matches, in the first three arenas, all the ones I know use (or are in Aria's case) swords.
*cough cough* Hina-tan's the only one in the necklace round to use a sword though. Yuri uses daggers and Hellscythe uses her namesake.

Sad: Losses from the "Tiara Three," Laura officially 0-49.
Bittersweet: Nadeko winning at Charlotte's expense.
Pleased: Kanade winning over Mikoto, Lingyin grabbing a win, Yui (Hirasawa) prevailing over Kirino.

Poor Victorique's hair is probably gonna turn white again...

Welp, on to the Diamond necklace and to the post-season!

Congrats to Kanade, 49-0 is damn great result. Best in the history of ISML, or so I've heard. Now she just need to grab that Tiara.

And here go my hopes that K-on would not get diamond, *sigh*. So, who do we, k-on-haters, support in Diamon finals? Haruhi seems to be good opponent as she has highest SDO. Pro-K-On forces will inevitably split between 3 of them, so there is still a chance.

Wow.. I never expected Mikoto would come even close to defeating Tenshi. I guess ending the season with 100% record may prove to be catalyst for Tenshi's downfall. However, Tenshi is still the favourite for tiara, so we will see how things turn out soon.

I am also very happy for Hitagi. She was out of top 16 for much of this season, but managed to even do better than last year at the end.

Too bad Victorique didn't make it though, although I like Nadeko.

K-on is plain not going to get the necklace with three contestants all at low SDO. Just vote whoever you like.

I would be ok if either Yuu or Azunyan winning the necklace. But with Azunyan and Mio to split the votes, i am giving my full backings to Yuu for Diamond Necklace.

Yuri's got the "we were screwed out of being in the necklace match" vote.
Haruhi's got the "it's been three f****** YEARS since she's won one" vote.

For the first time ever, Kanade had trouble winning her match. Mikoto and her supporters made a final stand against Kanade. Ultimately she was unsuccessful in defeating Kanade but made a statement that the Tiara winner has not yet been decided. Shana also took the opportunity to show she was still in the running with a big win of her own over Hinagiku. Nadeko comes out the winner in her match with Charlotte that she had been training for. This match secures her spot in the Top 16.
