I hate the Flyers.

I guess that means I could be a fan of any of the other twenty-nine teams...

Penguins won 5 in a row, Canucks won 4 in a row and 12 of the last 14. All is good, Teiran.

Looks like the season really turned around...maybe.

Yeah, things are looking up for our teams. I hate the way I sound when things aren't going well; you'd think I were a filthy bandwagoner or something.

I didn't realize Vancouver was doing so well as of late until LC pointed it out to me the other day--that's a pretty crazy run. I hope you guys can catch the Jokinen-enhanced Flames.

Lol don't worry Teiran, I'm horrible for sounding like a band wagoner when my team loses, you should have seen the way I was talking when Vancouver was on that EIGHT game losing streak. But then can you blame me, i may not be very old but i've been watching the Canucks long enough to know that they just usually dont get out of funks like that, just looking at last season proves it. NO ONE expected them to suddenly win 12 of 14 out of no where like they have, hell they even beat the Sharks 2 days ago, first time they've beaten them in almost 2 years -_-'

Well they've shown they can win in pretty much every different way a good team can over the past month. I doubt they will catch Calgary for the division, but Chicago for 4th almost seems possible. That matchup is looking more and more real everyday... well I guess I should count the eggs yet. As for sounding like a bandwagoner...well I guess we're used to feeling that certain cynicism. It's not really much different than ISML for me; at least Nanoha will end up with a better record.

Oh yeah, to quote LC on IRC during that losing streak... "This season is over." Aren't you glad you listened to me?

well yeah I am now, but even you had to have doubts as to either or not they could have gotten out of that, I'm sure not a single person expected them to win 12 of 14 games >_> , they are doing the exact opposite of EVERYthing we've come to expect form them, come back wins, last minute goals FOR and not against, 3rd period comebacks, even Shootout wins, they are doing the total opposite of all things we've become accustom too xD

and frankly even the Division doesn't seem so far fetched, we are 8 points back sure, but we also have 2 games in hand, if we can win those we are only 4 back and we also have 1 remaining game left against them, if we can win THAT game who knows >_>

Yeah, but someone has to at least TRY and keep the faith around here. ^^;

Well, perpetually eight points back...but we'll see.

Bumping this topic because it's relevant to my interests.

The playoffs started tonight! My Pens gave the Flyers a thumping at home; now I'm off to watch LC's and Seishi's Canucks try to do the same to the Blues.

Good result for Pittsburgh. Washington played a very exciting game despite losing to New York.

Vancouver up 2-0...looking good...

It was a simple 5-hole goal from the right side. Anticlimactic much after the craziness that was overtime, but we'll take it.
