Now it''s my turn. At the time of this post, it's only just starting to stick, but by this time tomorrow, the snow that is blasting the southeast coast, it will be almost as much in my area (close to 1 foot). Maybe not as bad as 1996 but it was the same direction, and that one shut down 3/4 of the whole east coast.

If we do get snow, it'll be a centimeter thick. (The next state up gets a lot of snow, though. Ugh, and I think I'm going there tomorrow... I don't wanna go to my cousins' house! :tearsad:)

Snow owned my train both before and after Christmas, costing me about two freezing hours each time.

But it's cool anyway.

If there were clouds, and if those clouds would precipitate right now, it would snow, but alas, there are no clouds, leaving me to the cold. (It's about -7 degrees Celsius outside right now.)

Yes there was ^^
Not *that* much where I lived but still some.

And like everytime it snows here, the whole country is paralyzed (no bus, trains, mail service or anything...)

Yesterday, we had a two hour delay for one inch (3 cm) of snow...

The snow here (germany lower-saxony) isn't melting since 3 weeks.
It's hard to walk on the pavement because no one feels responsible for defrosting it.
This 15cm snow (the pavements next to busy roads have 40cm because the officals from the township decided
to throw the snow from the streets to the pavements -.-) , which isn't going to stop falling for the next week sure gets on my nerves.
Almost every train possible has 30min or more delay or is even canceled.
And when I wanted to open my rooflight at least 5 liters of snow fell down on my schoolbag lying in front of it ...
I'm relieved that no book is damaged or else my purse would have started to cry.

Even though it's the first snow lasting more than 2 days in 10 years in a radius of 150 kilometers I'm looking forward to summer^^

Seems no better than it was here, I thought it was mainly the UK which didn't know how to deal with snow.
ilkaid wrote:I know what you mean. I'm just glad I don't have to go back to uni yet.
Well that doesn't really affects me since my work is just across the street from my home ^^
I'm more annoyed about mail delivery, still wainting for a game that I preordered, and which is now in stores... ._.

We actually got snow this weekend. I thought I was in upstate Virginia for a moment. XD

We're supposed to get more snow this weekend. (I don't think I want anymore snow, though. :()

Light flurries here in northeast Mississippi. Two days in a row so far (yes, I had a white Christmas this year). Too bad it's not cold enough for anything to stick, but even so, having snow fall two days in a row is rare around here.

And I didn't post it, but it also snowed here earlier this year on Valentine's Day.

My white Christmas came a day late, but I guess that counts somewhat. There is a blizzard outside my window and snow is heavily piling up as I speak. I infer a good feet of snow by the time I wake up the next day. Three cheers for creating another large snowman and shoveling all of that snow away from my house/neighborhood.

No such thing as snow where I live, since it's summer; not like there could be any snow even if it was winter.
