Kuroyukihime and Sanka Rea : People are raving about how moe these 2 girls are in many places

Chitanda Eru : The new covergirl from KyoAni Empire deserves a mention

Kaname Madoka and Fate Testarossa : Despite what their ISML numbers say, I cannot ignore all that sales number for merchandises related to these girls, nor the fact that these characters will appear in multiple anime movies in near future.

Tsumiki - Don't see her current popularity dying off quickly at all, especially with the latest episode
Sanka Rea - While I don't particularly think of her as moe (yet), it seems clear that she does have the popularity for it. Wether it holds longer than her show, that's yet to be seen.
Kurata - Similar to above, but for now she gets a vote of mine.
Kuroyukihime - Same, though I can see the posibility of her not even lasting the length of her show
Fate - I think her being outvoted this year is more due to the system than voter's opinion, I believe she's still got enough power to show up, at least for prelims for the next year or two.

Fate Testarossa - I don't care what people say but she will always be part of the ISML community whether you like it or not.

The legacy of Fate will always be around, just like Chii and Sakura, just with a Tiara to her name.

I don't have anyone particular in mind for an 'other' or nomination, so this is what my voter-sheet looks like for now. There are a couple girls that I'd like to nominate (like Koko of Jormungand ), but I don't think it'll go anywhere in the long run.

Minawa Tsumiki: Many similarities to Lucky Star, yet very different from Konata. Her ISML strength potential is possibly around the same as well.

Araragi Sisters: Keeping in mind the performance of current Bakemono/Nisemono characters + their showing during the exhibition match, I have no doubt that they would be ISML regulars had they gotten enough nominations (a product of unlucky timing of nomination period)

Chitanda Eru: KyoAni production + seiyuu cast of Hyouka

Fate Testarossa: Her disappearance from ISML is mainly the product of separation between Nova and Stella which cut the number of qualifiers from 50 to 36. I have no doubt in my mind that she is still TOP 50 overall.

Kaichou wa Maid-sama is far more popular than I would've guessed, and although it's a shoujo series, Misaki's reappearance in prelims (and with a significant number of nominations) is fairly impressive to me.

Misaki Mei: A very deep and interesting character with sharp drawing skills.
Kaname Madoka: A much more moe character that I loved in that very dark magical girl show that I simply couldn't stand through. 'Sides, I had some sympathy for her.
Tainaka Ritsu: The only Hokago Tea Time member that acts different amongst the others. Besides, if she made it through, the entire HTT set would be complete.
Ayuzawa Misaki: Well, she had more votes before, but somehow couldn't overcome another person.

As I have just found out, Papakiki manga has apparently been serialized for english(?) publication, and their doing decently (2000+ VF in the 7 on 7) in the matches they were in during ISML, I wish to submit Sora and/or Miu Takanashi for possible write-ins.

As I have no comparative data between them, and nothing for the other girls, I will hold off making any further claims.
