Maybe after the match, Hinagiku took the belt with her, claiming that she never lost. Or something.kevo wrote:hmm... I wonder if anyone would notice if I don;'t award Shana the title >.>

There is still double elimination, not that I'm expecting anything good to come from it.

Unless Super Best Moe does something to change that...of course, what happens if Hina looses to a man one on one?

Then they become the second World Inter-Gender Champion, following in the footsteps of Andy Kaufman.ithekro wrote:Unless Super Best Moe does something to change that...of course, what happens if Hina looses to a man one on one?

It's the same site as Korean Bestmoe, though I don't think there will be a KSBM this year.

That's it. The next unofficial winner will be Mio/Hitagi.

A tall, towering wall looms in front of me. Beyond that is something that I could never to see on my own.
And that is...the view from the top.

Re: Unofficial World Saimoe Champion
I actually thought given Mio's reputation this year she had the best chance to win another tournament. Looks like anyone can be beat at any time if it's one and done or if only one place is allowed to vote in a tournament. If it's a free region tournament, Mio has a chance.
If it came down to hinagiku and Mio however, (I usually say give someone else a chance) it doesn't matter who it is or the tournament, I give the edge to Hinagiku.

Re: Unofficial World Saimoe Champion
Who knows what would of happened at the end of J-Saimoe 2009. Mio still would of had a tough time in the final 8 if she made it. I'm not familiar with any tournaments outside of saimoe or ISML (translating trouble) but Saimoe was Mio's first tournament and I wasn't hearing "will she make a statement?" but "she will make a statement!" Enough people decided (me excluded) keep her down before she gets started. I have a funny feeling she will get the support this time in ISML. She does have more opponents to face in ISML so it would be a tough hill to climb. Just ask Fate and Hinagiku.

Re: Unofficial World Saimoe Champion
So with KSBM never happening, and with her already being an automate entry to isml Hina still keeps the belt (she also participated from a seedin match, but even if it counted, she also won that). With Regular Season in a few weeks we will see for how long she can keep it.
