Found it. Thanks. Apparently it is relying on Reddit login for multivote checking, or does it have more?

I think that's pretty much it for their multivote checking. Your account has to be a month old at least though

Well

Good thing : Voting account has to be a month old when no one knew about the event.

I say yes due to the amount of voters and the unlikeliness of multivoting

By the way, if Best Girl Contest is counted then Hitagi had a good attempt in attacking Kurisu

Looks like we're going to need a discussion on which tournaments should be considered, which should not, and which we will keep our eyes on until further notice. For now, I'll copy and paste Desufire( & hikakatbklyn)'s post.

I've written down exactly which brands we are looking at in the original post and which brands we were looking at, but now are defunct. Since AFST is up, I should probably look into it to see what kind of data I can gather.

Edit: Nevermind, I don't see Oshino Shinobu's name, so I guess I'm waiting to see if ISML Stella is going to grant her a spot...

Now that the numbers for the nominations are up, it appears safe to say that Oshino Shinobu will be a participant for ISML Regular Season most likely as a mid-carder. If she successfully makes it to Regular Season, I expect the title to be changed during Aquamarine period. Currently monitoring Shinobu's strength...

Shouldn't you have some sort of time limit where if Champion doesn't participate in a contest at a certain point, she vacates the title?

I have considered it. My initial default was that if it was certain that they would not participate in any Saimoe event one year after their latest victory, the title would be vacated to someone else. And then the question becomes how to fill in for the vacant title...which I had not thought far enough. It's not like I can be Eric Bishoff and hand a new title over to Triple H.

Scenario: If I had stayed with following what the brands were previously, I believe the current champions would be co-champions Miyanaga Saki (Saki) and Haramura Nodoka (Saki), and I don't think Saki is participating in AST 2015. At that point, I would vacate the title...and then have some trouble deciding who to give it to. I'd most likely give it to Itsuka Kotori (Date a Live), since she was our latest tiara bearer and had a high possibility of participating in ISML 2015.

Nooo Momento. Please keep it Saki, because she will be exhibited this year.

Wait never mind, it's not likely she'll lose.

Somehow Saki and Nodoka both ended up advancing to the AFS tournament this year so they still find ways to be active.

I think Nodoka had a quick exit against Enemoto (A prelim rep) winning the 3-way match and Eiriri (A Seasonal rep) in 2nd.
Saki is later against Maki (Another prelim rep) and Tamako.

(Don't know if AFS is considered eligible yet even though they could end up with more votes than AST at times.)
