Yuri will likely plot a rebellion against magistrates if they become demanding. Since magistrates no longer have cunning schemers like Minamoto Chikaru, Yuri may sense it to be vulnerable to subterfuge.

Oh god! Nagi vs Hinagiku and Yuri vs Kanade. War between the Magistrates and the Seitokai would be confirmed.
And I was thinking this would be a good time to have my little banter between Hinagiku and Kanade

Also, electing Mio to this post would give us the excuse to have someone point out that Mio could fall for Hayate. Causing Mio to blush hard enough to fry an egg on her cheeks, Hayate to have dinner-plate eyes (as he's learning to fear his Casanova traits as of when I was forced to stop reading), and Nagi to.. not respond at all (in her mind, it wouldn't even be a competition)
