Range Vote 2017

Throughout the ISML 2017 season, I will be posting ballots in this thread based on range voting.

How, What, When, Where:
I plan to post ballots based on candidates in each Period: Aquamarine, Topaz, Amethyst, Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby, Diamond, and Elimination.
I'll also post ballots based on Seasonal tournaments.

For now, I will only be using a web app called Wecide to create the ballots.
Ballots are in the post below, followed by a post for the results, which I'll occasionally update.

Discussion is also welcome in this thread. Feel free to ask questions, give feedback, or discuss any part of this range voting activity. Discussion on the ISML Discord server is also welcome.

Intended participants: ISML voters, including forum users and staff. Voters need not join the ISML Forum to vote.

I invite all ISML voters to participate. I and this activity have no official association with the ISML tournament nor its staff. This is just unofficial fun on the forum. Cast your votes when the ballots are posted, discuss the activity with others, and enjoy the results as they become available.

Instructions
Rate contestants on the following scale:

• 5 stars: strongly prefer.
• 4 stars: prefer.
• 3 stars: approve.
• 2 stars: indifferent, neither approve nor disapprove.
• 1 star: disapprove.

NotesShow

• You must supply a display name since votes are not anonymous. I suggest also supplying a password to prevent unauthorized changes to your ratings.
• You can change or remove your rating at any time.
  • I strongly suggest rating every contestant, particularly using the 2-star/indifferent rating for characters for whom you have no opinion.
  • I would have set every contestant's initial rating to 2 stars if I could've. Whereas Wecide lacks that option, I must beg that you rate every contestant.
• Base your ratings relative to contestants within the ballot rather than to your favorites among the entire ISML 2017 field.

Scoring:
A contestant's score is calculated as the average rating taken over the number of ratings for that contestant.
