Azumanga Daioh:

Since times memorial, the Heralds await for the realization of the Azumanga said to be an era of eternal peace.

Toradora:

Believers in the ways of the Dragon. The strongest becomes the Tiger, the only one able to stand equal to a dragon.

Kanon:

Devoted members of the Empire. They believe that the God-Empress will bring an era of miracles to the galaxy.

Made the two above as the naming already possessed a discernible 'idea' for the factions and the description matched that fairly well.

I didn't do the others yet as they don't really have a clear discernible idea present within the naming so the blurb will likely shape the development of the faction. Therefore it'll probably be a good idea to think about the blurb a bit more and also get Ithekro to take a look and comment...
