Completely new flags are the following studio ones for studios with 2 or more series:-

Image Shaft
Taking the prominent stylized 'S' found on their website and running a 'line'/'shaft' thru it...

Image Deen
With the Deen symbol I'm trying to 'sum up' elements of the most prominent Deen series of the past, present and hopefully future as well. The stylized 'D' here is based on the Ouroboros symbol, which represents variously, the Eternal Return, rebirth and Infinity. The idea of infinity is meant to refer to Higurashi, which has the infinity symbol in its title logo. The idea of the 'eternal return' is meant to refer to Kore wa Zombie and the new Sankarea, both zombie series animated by Deen. Also if you stretch the idea a bit, Eternal Return/rebirth can be said to be what the servants in F/SN go through, heroes 'returning to life' long after they have perished in own times.

Image Silverlink
chained 'links' shaped in a rough 'S'

Image Feel.
idea is two 'hands' ("f" and "l") brushing by each other.. the round stylized 'e's were thought of as kinda massage balls.. all with the concept of 'touching'/'feeling'..

I'm also lost on the white grid stuff.............
Momento10 wrote:Unless I am mistaken, Kanzaki H. Aria is the Fifth Kugimiya Knight, not the Sixth as previously posted, unless there is another Kugimiya Knight that I am unaware of.

Possible Ideas:

Silver Link of Faith (Silver Link)
- The Road Not Baka (Baka to Test to Shōkanjū)
- The Power of C³ (C³ - Cubed x Cursed x Curious)
Vector of Energy (Feel)
- Realm of Counting Sheep (Mayo Chiki)
The Fifth Knight would be taken by Katagiri Yuuhi. Too bad she only managed to last for a year (or two?)

As for C³, I recommend the Forgotten Mathematician, or Algebraic Master, since the only one exist is Fear.

^Right, I forgot about Yuuhi. I think it was back in 2009, and that was the only time we ever saw her.

The whole color thing is group based on production series. Notice how the colors of all series of the same company are just the same color but in a different shade.

The Fifth War version is more complete now. Not fully finished, but better than it was.

There is a new Deen flag.

For Stein's Gate... One possible source to draw from is the University of Planet faction from the Alpha Centauri game. Another research institution that eventually attains planet-wide political power from a more recent source would be the 'Academy' from Final Fantasy XIII-2 game. Interestingly enough that game deals with time travel as well. Maybe a Tech/Research World bristling with arcane "Future Gadgets" that defend it from the hostile universe around ala Syracuse defended by the machines of Archimedes.

The Stein Academy covers the entire planet of Kyouma, with cities and spires of labs dedicated to research and knowledge, and the necessary support systems they require. With the recent ascension of the girl genius Makise Kurise to the position of Chief Academician, the Academy has entered a golden period of technological progress. Whilst immersed in their research, they are cognizant of the upheaval and chaos of the galaxy around them and have constructed a myriad of machines entitled "Future Gadgets", but known colloquially as the "Gate of Stein" sitting in high orbit to defend themselves. Their motto pointedly declares "Our Circles will not be disturbed". (1)

(1) reference to Archimedes' last words "Do not disturb my circles"

Fixed....I guess.

Also corrected that Angel Beats is not "Kyoto Animation" even though in story they are working for them (thus under the flag of the KyoAni Empire). But the Privateers are clearly "P.A. Works".

Here's the possibility I see for Silverlink...

Take the 'chain' from its flag, the increasing tendency that the boys in BakaTest get put in chains/tortured/otherwise 'enslaved' by the girls (at first it was just Shoko, now Minami and Mizuki are doing it fairly regularly) and the fact that Fear-in-Cube is pretty much linked to torture/inquisition/punishment... You've pretty much got the makings of a "slave-state" where the female population enslaves the male (BakaTest) and any escape/insurrection/disobedience is violently and gruesomely put down by an inquisitionary body (C3) purposely set up for that task...

Perhaps. But that wouldn't be a tourture device (not like the Comfy Chair is either...but "no one expects the (Spanish) Inquisition!")

I'm trying to seek out interest about the Space Opera on our Facebook group. ithekro, would you be open to mores authors if I can find volunteers? Is there anything you might want to request from potential volunteers?

The Facebook group posts a lot of images daily; I thought it might fit right in to also post Opera-themed stories on the page based on recent results. Or maybe request for Opera-themed artwork of our Contestants.

(Everyone's welcome to brainstorm.)

More authors is fine. I was open to that the previous years since I kept failing to keep up. Especially since there are shows that I have very little feel of, so it is harder to write for some of the characters.

Forced feeding for Mizaki (I was workign with choking, but found a method of torture that fuctions with her death by food option). While the Comfy Chair is a good joke in relation to her physical characteristics, a torturre for forced feeding might be called a "Gavager" (I guess).

So mayhaps the presence of Kugimiya Knights in Nova galaxy actually contravenes JCS Government official policy?

Hmmm. Possible. Hopefully I'll come up with at least an arc plot to cover the period that is ending tomorrow.

Got to have some stories.

Too bad Ruri didn't make it to the necklace round.. else you could play up the Riko-Ruri encounter earlier in Aquamarine as the incident that confirms the Kugimiya Knight's suspicion of the existence of the Order of the Lotus in the Nova galaxy, leading to the JCS-only expedition from the Stella galaxy...

The stage is set for the Sixth Great Moe War. Since the rules and numbers haven't changed as much from last year, the setting can be the same without needing a catalysmic event to reorder the galaxy.

However there are new factions. And some that have hopped galaxies. Angel Beats no longer has to be merc work for the KyoAni Empire after Kanade's victory last year. There may be trouble in the both the JCS and KyoAni over the KEY states (Clannad, Angel Beats, and Little Busters).

The KyoAni have two new shows to add to their list in Nova Galaxy. Not sure about everything else (not paying much attention so far).

Suggestions and opinions. (writers wanted).
