This topic is for campaign and promotion of the character Katsura Hinagiku. You can post images, videos, material for campaigning (signatures, etc), writings about why you think she is moe, between others.
Please always keep in mind the Rules for campaigning!. Avoid degrading this character or material about others characters.

It's about time we had a thread devoted to the awesome Student Council President of Hakuou Academy.
Aim for the... heights of the heavenly tiara!?! ^^;

Nice scene though, but the character art is a downgrade compared to the first season, imo.
