The Goddess of Water Aqua-Sama might seem like a stupid choice for a role in Seitokai, at first. But she's here because for this one position, she has the pedigree. She has managed the transfer of souls from Japan into another world for years. She also has unusual talent when it comes to art. Not to mention that after all, she's a goddess, with many devoted followers. Her happy and outgoing personality is also just right for a managerial role in this particular department.
(6) Miyauchi Renge (Non non Biyori)

A child genius, maybe the most genius in anime, Renge may arguably be the most creative among the candidates here. Her child-like mind is always pure and clear, that the pressure of this job will surely not affect her.
