Yare, yare... Even though Kyon isn't the most proactive person around, he knows how to get the job done. After all, he has been overworked so much by Haruhi during his high school years, that he now possesses many skills in various useless topics, and most importantly lots of hidden potentials. He can properly use a computer and already wrote an interesting novel for the SOS Brigade before. But mostly, Kyon is always ready to make a sarcastic comment or to facepalm.

Midori had served well as an assistant in the Seitokai last year, as such this year, we, in the writer group, believe that we should give her a chance for a promotion into the more prestigious role of a Secretary in the Seitokai. Midori is an aspiring writer who also proves to be excellent in document-handling and finding references. She's also an excellent observer of her surrounding. She's also not that introverted, thus she's able to socialize on a professional level with almost every kind of person. Last but not least, she also works hard despite having to go back and forth between her college and her job in Musani.

Koro-sensei is more of a jack-of-all-trades. With super abilities that are beyond physics, particularly speed, Koro-sensei can do almost every job he's tasked with (at the same time.) He also can be level-headed when condition demands it.
His beautiful and magnificent tentacles will surely be useful in handling the huge amount of paperwork of an Empire.

In her quest to understand what love is, Violet met people with very different personalities, who helped her understand her own feelings. Writing letters for others if a difficult job, but little by little, she managed to write for anyone about anything. Being an ex-soldier, Violet is also very good at writing reports, at kicking asses and at staying alive in dangerous conditions. She carries her typewriter everywhere she goes and could easily get scoops for the Seitokai, but might also learn how to use a computer as she is a very fast learner.

Calm, intelligent and sophisticated, Kyouko will perform her job as secretary efficiently and effectively. She's had experiences with handling important and confidential documents while working as a detective for politicians all over the world. While introverted, she will not hesitate to give criticism and correct mistakes when necessary; while also being open to criticism herself. She also values transparency, integrity and honesty. There will be no rigging of results when she's around.

Inaba Himeko, "Inaban", or sometimes called "Dereban", excels in gathering information and analysis. She's calm and logical most of the time, although she can be pretty clumsy when she loses track of event. She also loves order and discipline, thus with Yano-san, they can be the core management that put to ground Reinhard's great vision. Her only weakness is that people who don't know her might see her as rude. As such we decided to put her in secretary work, instead, where she doesn't have to appear in public often.

The bubbly young girl who loves coins and money might at first be more of a treasurer material. But beyond that, she is tidy and she has "special powers" that can help her a lot in handling lots of document. Her life has been hard, but she has proven that she is mentally strong enough to survive, a quality very required in our current Seitokai.
Furthermore, her smart comments and hilarious reactions will surely stand out among our currently very serious Seitokai.

This young energetic girl is totally addicted to her best friend Sakura and her main hobby consists in filming her grand adventures. Tomoyo is the daughter of the president of a huge toy company, which creates new technologies that are available to her before anyone else. Tomoyo would really change the role of the secretary by adding new information technologies, filming every meeting and keep a database, bringing the Seitokai into the digital age, and basically ask her father and group of female bodyguards help when she needs it. In order for her to do her job correctly, you just need her to spend some time with Sakura every now and then. Did I mention she's very good at obtaining what she wants with a single smile?
