Apparently that was a mistake, and it has nao been fixed :>

If you're referring to the time gap between his last two posts, it's because of this rule:

2. You may not double post. You must wait 30 minutes to post again.
EXCEPTION: If a character is killed in that post, that post is exempt from all limits except double posting.
