Is there an open source saimoe platform?

Post by Ravenclaw_OIer » Thu Apr 23, 2020 4:25 pm

Yes, I know it's crazy. But I am thinking of running a saimoe contest within our school.

So I am searching for an open source saimoe platform.

Is ISML itself open source, or is there other substitutes?

i have no idea if ISML is open source (my guess is probably not) so here are alternatives i know:

AnimeBracket (www.animebracket.com) - site used for Best Girl Contest, but only supports single-eliminations. You need to register a reddit account in order to create contests and vote.

Bracket Fights (bracketfights.com) - affiliated with Tiermaker. Also single-elimination only. Contains ads.

Many anime contests I see either use the reaction emojis on Facebook as votes, or use poll sites for individual matches instead (Strawpoll is a popular such example).
