Really, I don't see why it's so hard to understand. You predict whether that character will get more or less than the indicated amount of precentage of total VF, and you indicate how sure you are of that prediction.

Although all the numbers TRE has posted was in effect, 1% unit, the reason we deliberately posted it to 0.1% unit, that is post 58.0% instead of 58% is to reduce the chance of that Pull will happen. The pull will happen if the actual result is within 0.05% of the posted prediction, not 0.5% of the posted prediction. This was decided in hope of increasing the volatility of the score, even though it may be argued as not conforming to established practice in Science, Engineering, and math.
