Winning the Lucky Draw is a nice farewell gift.

How is lucky draw actually choosen?

1) Determine the eligible users for the Lucky Draw:
Users who participate in Fantasy for at least 3 of the 6 match days
minus Top 2 (momento10 and 10ZHAbin)
minus previous Lucky Draw winners (tachimegun)

2) Sort this users by descending score. Cumulate these scores for each user.
So each user covers a range of points. (e.g. xxx's range of points is 539.869 to 716.7804)

3) Create a random number 'x' between 0 and 1. (0.537118)

(0.537118 * 3708.258 = 1991.772)

4) Winner is the user, in whose range of points y is located.
