I knew it all along. Once again, I knew it all along.

I wrote a news piece on the action right here. Enjoy.

Oh well, I wanted Mikoto to win it, but you can't have it your way all the time. Congratulations to Mio! Disappointed that Shinku lost, but I also like Gin, so that's fine with me.

It was a fun year, can't wait for 2011. <3

Congrats to Mio fans and Kyoani supporters.
Can't help wondering what happened to all the Mikoto votes from China... hope its not because Mikoto got Shana out of the race.
Seeing my all-time favourite Gin-sama win is great ^ ^
Sailor Moon and the 1st season of Pokemon were parts of my childhood that I'll not forget, but well...

I suppose a very small congratulation is in order for Mio =(
But all the matches I was interested in the results fail. The fact that all of Noizomi, Erica and Alicia lost their respective exhibtions fills me with despair.

Final Standings now appear on the front page (though they were technically already known throughout the course of DE with our consolation matches).

Thanks for the reminder.

Amazing job Mio. You made winning the Tiara look easy. Not a single character managed to get all that close to you. 58% on Misaka is just an absolutely insanely good performance. I doubted Mio's ability to win for a long time but I couldn't have been more wrong. Hopefully Mio and the rest of the K-On cast will be able to remain strong (myabe not as strong as they are now) next year as well.

No real change to my character ranking. I'll see if I can post overall stats soon.
A miracle that you believe in when you know it won't happen......... is hope.

Suigintou over Shinku was expected, but I wasn't really expecting it to be so close... Oh, well, that's China for you...

Who the heck is Hikari anyway? Yeah, I stopped watching Pokemon completely after about the 5th season so I have no clue. Of course, I only watched the English dub, and it might be interesting to check out the original Japanese.

I do know that checking out (in other words, watching the first 100 episodes of) the original Japanese for Sailor Moon a while back was worth it. Saying that the English version was "mishandled" is an understatement. And what made me decide to check out the original was this website which compared the differences between the Japanese and English versions for each episode. Some of the differences were head-desk worthy. Anyway, I'd go so far as to partly attribute Usagi's poor performance to fans who only watched the English version and know Serena as opposed to the original Usagi.... In my opinion, there's no real comparison.

As for the final championship match, I heartily congratulate Mio and her supporters for an outstanding victory. And I must say the poster is nice, as well. As for Mikoto, very nice efforts during DE. Two wins over Shana is no easy feat (even taking into account the probable boosts to voting by Mio/K-ON! supporters and anti-Shana voters).

Anyway, onward to ISML 2011 preliminaries (and the massive headache due to inevitable hours of research on 200+ characters). I might just take a nap until then....

Congratulations to Mio and her fans; she proved that she deserved the Tiara.

And good work to all the hard-working admin and support personnel on ISML 2010; the improvements were excellent and the increased voter turnout proves that 8-)

Looking forward to next year :study:

Hikari (English name: Dawn) is the character that replaced Haruka (English name: May) in the Diamond and Pearl season of Pokemon. (Haruka was the one who replaced Kasumi(Misty)) Hikari is the female playable character in the Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum video games.

It's also hard to believe that Iris is
SpoilerShow
the final Gym Leader in the actual Black and White games. She doesn't really feel like one...not like Misty/Kasumi anyway.
Hikari/Dawn is still better.

Who's to say the girls aren't ditching him? Maybe Satoshi/Ash has some magical power of eternal youth and since the girls actually want to grow older beyond the age of 10, that's why they have to get away from him. =P

and who would let their 10 year old go travel around the "world" by themself at the age of 10 anyways xD
and I bet sataoshi/ash doesn't even know how to do multiplication....school dropout at age 10 xD
I think Haruka is kinda cute....even though shes....also 10 xP

It could also be the other company he keeps. Can't help but think that 10-year-old girls wouldn't exactly like traveling around with a (gotta be by now) 20+year-old pervert.

Kasumi did stick around for two 'leagues' (one league, one year-ish), same with Haruka I think.. though the timeline kinda got messed up after the first season (which ended about a year after it began).
Kasumi is 14 (at the start) though, and Satoshi kinda did give her a shove away or she probably would've stayed longer, and she keeps getting brought back.
