RESULTS - Double Elimination 8

A tall, towering wall looms in front of me. Beyond that is something that I could never to see on my own.
And that is...the view from the top.

Wow, I was absolutely not expecting such a comprehensive defeat for Shana, if anything, I thought it would swing the other way! Congrats Hinagiku, well won victory. Shame to see Rin lose, but oh well, finishing 10th is not too shabby at all. Also happy that Misaka won.

Wow, I didn't think Hinagiku would win let alone by so much. Congrats on winning ISML 2009 and the Tiara, Katsura Hinagiku!

Re: RESULTS - Double Elimination 8
Woah, woah, where are you going? This ain't over yet! The new Shana OVA came out a few hours before the match started. By the time Shana beats the winner of Tomoyo/Yuki (and I think she should), she would have the new material boost required to hand Hinagiku her first loss, and that should create a whole new ballgame in the "if necessary" match. This thing is not over by any means.Team Rocket Elite wrote:Wow, I didn't think Hinagiku would win let alone by so much. Congrats on winning ISML 2009 and the Tiara, Katsura Hinagiku!
(Well, unless Tomoyo beats Shana AGAIN, then i could probably say it is over)

Re: RESULTS - Double Elimination 8
Min lives in a dream world where Shana has a miracle come from behind victory after crushing Tomoyo ( the likely winner of the YvT match - and goes on to crush Hina due to the OVA. I dont really see that happening. But we can wait and see ( we dont really have a choice but to wait and see lol) And yes Hina secured a 2nd place so congratulations on that. I just really dont see Shana even if she gets past Tomoyo (again if Tomoyo wins as I think she will) beating Hina twice in a row.

Re: RESULTS - Double Elimination 8
Yeah, true, but my initial reason for the Shana come from behind prediction was the RM factor. I guess I'm heading toward a predicted correct result for the wrong reasons?sirwence wrote:Min lives in a dream world where Shana has a miracle come from behind victory after crushing Tomoyo ( the likely winner of the YvT match - and goes on to crush Hina due to the OVA. Re: RESULTS - Double Elimination 8
I suppose Hinagiku having a sudden Rozen Maiden style collpase isn't impossible, but barring that the rest of the matches for the Tiara are pretty much a formality. A 55%-45% match isn't going to reverse itself in a week and a half.minhtam1638 wrote:Woah, woah, where are you going? Re: RESULTS - Double Elimination 8
it doesn't have to reverse to 45-55. just 49.9-50.1 is sufficient enough for a victory.Team Rocket Elite wrote:I suppose Hinagiku having a sudden Rozen Maiden style collpase isn't impossible, but barring that the rest of the matches for the Tiara are pretty much a formality. Re: RESULTS - Double Elimination 8
If we look at the statistics, Hina actually had the upper hand in her fight against Shana, beating Tomoyo, who was the only one to win against Shana in the regular season, 2 times. Plus, Hina beat last year's Champ (Fate), last year's runner up (Yuki) and Tomoyo, who was last year's #2 seed and this year's #3 seed. So Hina was stronger in this battle, but who knows what might happen the next time they meet, with more Shana OVA's coming out.

Re: RESULTS - Double Elimination 8
I would tend to agree with TRE ... hmm but ya , I Dont really see an RM collapse incoming (anything can happen of course) Hmm well first we have to have our Yuki vs TOmoyo and con. Fate vs Kyo + Relegation + bonus matches before we even start this debate in earnest lol, but either way it was a well done Hina victory today. (gives Rin a hug sigh)

Re: RESULTS - Double Elimination 8
Which is what I meant but I guess I didn't word it very well. Going from losing with 45% of the vote to winning is too big a swing to occur in such a short period of time.minhtam1638 wrote:it doesn't have to reverse to 45-55. just 49.9-50.1 is sufficient enough for a victory.Team Rocket Elite wrote:I suppose Hinagiku having a sudden Rozen Maiden style collpase isn't impossible, but barring that the rest of the matches for the Tiara are pretty much a formality. Also before I forget again, in the Relegation Tournament standings, something is wrong with Mai's VD, VF or VA. The VD listed is defintely not the difference between the listed VF and VA.

Yay HINA! Now to hope for a Tomoyo x Hina final round (Would prefer Hina slightly, but would be happy either way)
Supports: Hina/Taiga/Tomoyo
