Noticed some change in ranking of characters in the map when they still have the same number of wins and loses, are those changes random or are there are actually some certain way of ranking in the countries?

Nothing special except for Shinobu losing to Kirino, which was slightly out of expectations (though I thought it was 50-50 match to begin with).
Most Lv1-tier characters seemed to have had a slight slump in the past few matches, but returned to normal this round. Going down the stretch, we might expect more strategic moves around the mid-tier characters where win-loss have a chance to be flipped over.

Haven't checked the results in a really long time and just noticed the new map designs with country specifications

Oh my, so many slaughters. 12 matches with >1500 VD despite less than 5.5k people voting.
Good, another win for Momo. Mikan didn't give up vs DAL and Yami came very close to Mio. While it pleases me I wonder what happened. I would definitely prefer if it was Yami rising, not Mio dropping, even though it most likely isn't true... Really, more people should watch Inu x Boku SS. Karuta and Ririchyo are honestly great girls! On the other hand, I'm surprised they're even in this tournament, so it's not too bad, even if they're losing most of the time. For example Saki or [email protected] will never enter ISML ;_; Eu got up but her VF still worries me. I'm starting to lose hope at her chance of getting Tiara this year. Will she be the only one left out of last years' top4?
Kanade tripled Shouko, it's been a while (3.036 : 1). Is she building up her power to do terrible terrible damage yet again?

Slaughtering, especially in Nova. So sad for Shoko but losing to Kanade by that VD is just expected. Kurumi can win Amethyst as long as she doesn't meet Rikka in Amethyst 7.

Well, the nice thing about ISML is that it's a long long tournament, and things can change. Look at last year's Emerald (or was it Topaz?), where Menma rocketed up the rankings for (ahem) no apparent reason 0 0

Anyway, where's Crisu our tsundere princess? Can't slack off like this in your punishment!

Kurumi can beat Rikka. The problem for Kurumi is Kotori and Yoshino being in the showdown. And the problem for them is Kanade being in the showdown.

Maybe once Kanade gets Amethyst we'll be able to see if DAL can actually hold their own against Stella.
