Which type of seasonal winner match up do you prefer?

So far there are two type of match has being used to match the 4 seasonal winners.

1 vs 1: used in 2012, 2013 and 2014. Winner face the winner, losers has no more matches. Total 3 matches.
1 choice out 4: used 2015, 4 characters in one match, one choice, also included a match for runner-ups. Total 2 matches.

I actually prefer no further matches among the 4 seasonal winners.

I dont prefer matchup between winners, but I think it is good to keep the runner-up 4 choose 1matchup in order to give the 'winner of runner-up' a poster.

I think about 1 choice out of 4, but only for winners of seasonal.
Another crazy idea: double elimination tournament with winners in upper bracket, and runner-ups in lower bracket.

I can get behind a mini 1v1 tournament or no follow up match. 1 choose 4 has the pesky problem of not necessarily producing a clear or majority winner. If everybody got roughly 25% of the vote, but one person got one vote more than the other three, is hardly an acceptable result for crowning a winner.

However, the whole thing is inconsequential anyways, so whatever works.

Now a ranked system or something other than first past the post voting I can get behind.
