It seems Kotori is having problems in IRV format. Shana really have big problem as her support is mainly from few very vocal fans, and having trouble broadening her base. Nobody seems to have far reaching acceptance power of Kanade, who despite not being the MOST favored by many, is enough liked by the most to win the whole thing when voters find their primary choice being knocked out.

Oh great. Looks like banning Mikoto & Kanade TOC does serve its purpose. I mean: she would have won ISML anyway but if Kanade & Mikoto were still around, she'd probably end up like Kuroneko and then we will have a new trio of Kanade, Kuroneko, and Katou.
Not that I would mind, but Mikoto vs Kanade-Kuroneko were already terror, but we could have had a 3rd member.
